Week of November 25,2012

 

Dear Parents,

 

THANK YOU: Thank you to Cristina Botas, our Room Mom, and her helpers, who hosted our Thanksgiving celebration. The children had a wonderful time and enjoyed their “feast.” We  appreciate all the parents who sent in food and supplies.

 

CHRISTMAS PLAY: The TYKERS will be singing “Away In A Manger” for the annual SSJ Christmas play, which will be presented  the evening of Thursday, December 20. Please let me know if your child will NOT be present. More information will be coming as the date gets closer.

 

Overview of this week:

        Religion: We will be talking about Advent.

        Animal of the Week: Ibex and Jaguar.

SRA READING: We will be talking about the letters Rr, Ss,Tt, Uu and Vv and introducing Predecodable # 6.
