Week of October 1,2012
Dear Parents,
REMINDER: This Friday is a half day and our
dismissal time will be 12 noon. There is NO STAY CARE, so please make alternate
child care arrangements for your student.
There will be NO SCHOOL on Monday due to
Festival cleanup.
CAFÉ
SSJ: Please remember to send in your baked goods for the school’s bake booth at the festival.
PARKING LOT: Please allow extra time in the
morning to secure a parking spot as well as pick up time on Friday. The
festival rides will be using some of our spaces.
NAME PAPER: I am enclosing a name practice sheet
in your child’s backpack today. Please notice the
order of the strokes needed to print the letter correctly. You can make copies
of this sheet and have your child practice writing their name correctly at
least one time a day. It is better for them to do one carefully, than rush and
do five incorrectly. If they return it ,
and have tried their best, I will give them a sticker. They should write with a pencil.
