Week of April 6, 2014
Dear Parents,
EASTER CELEBRATION: We will be having an
Easter Egg Hunt on Wednesday, April 16. Please send in 12 plastic eggs filled
with non-candy items for our hunt and a basket for your child to put the eggs
in, on Tuesday, April 15.
ANIMAL ALPHABET PLAY: Our “Animal
Alphabet” Play will be at 9:A.M. on Friday, May 2nd. We will perform
in Mrs. Tucker’s classroom and the play will last @ 20 minutes. You may invite Grandparents to come. Some
former TYKE parents will be painting the children’s faces before the play, so
masks are not needed. You can alter the costumes I gave you, and change the
name of the animal if you like. Please have your child practice saying their
poem SLOWLY AND IN A LOUD VOICE.
PROGRAM: If you would like to volunteer
to make programs for our play, please see me. I have several samples from past
plays.
