Week of April 29, 2013
Dear Parents,
ANIMAL ALPHABET PLAY: The children and I
are looking forward to presenting our “Animal Alphabet” play this Friday, May 3rd.
Parents may bring their child, in costume , to Mrs. Tucker’s classroom at 7:50.
Parents should return at 8:50 for our 9:00 program. We will provide face
painting for the children.
After the performance, I am asking that
all the Dads fold up the chairs and stack them in the cart. Please bring in all
the tables and chairs in from the back yard also, so Mrs. Tucker can return to
her classroom. My students need to return their costumes to me, and they may
stay with me, attend the school May Crowning at 11:00, and be dismissed at 12
noon. (half day). You also have the option of taking your child home after the
play. Be sure to tell me what you will be doing before leaving.
If your child will be staying with me,
please be sure to send a snack with them.
Continue to have your child practice
saying their poem, SLOWLY AND IN A LOUD VOICE.
REMINDER: FRIDAY IS A HALF DAY AND THERE
WILL BE NO HOT LUNCH.
Here is an overview of this week:
