Week of April 15, 2013

 

Dear Parents,

 

ANIMAL ALPHABET: The children are gaining confidence saying their poem for our play. Please continue to have your child practice saying their lines SLOWLY and in a LOUD voice. Please have them become familiar with the words to our songs also.

 

Here is an overview of this week:

 

Religion: We will be talking about next Sunday’s Gospel and the ways Jesus showed kindness to the hungry, sick and poor.

 

Animal of the Week: We will be talking about the quail and the rhino.

Nursery Rhyme: “Hey Diddle Diddle.”

 

SRA READING: We will be introducing the letter and sound of Zz and the high frequency word __ you.
