Week of March 18,2013
Dear Parents,
THANK YOU: Thank you to Cristina Botas,
our Room Mom and the Moms who hosted our St. Patrick’s Party. We enjoyed the
talk and pictures Mrs. Hoffman showed us of Ireland.
EASTER EGG HUNT: We will be having our
Egg Hunt on Wednesday, March 28. Please send in 8 plastic eggs filled with
non-candy items. The children will also need to bring in an Easter basket or
bag to gather the eggs. Make sure their name is on it.
Mrs. Botas will be sending out another
reminder about this.
STATIONS OF THE CROSS: We will be
attending the last Stations of the Cross on Friday. The 7th grade
will be acting them out, and they always do a beautiful job. You are welcome to
join us. We usually leave the classroom @ 1:45.

Here is an overview of the week:
Religion:
We will be talking about Palm Sunday and the
Gospel for next Sunday.
Math:
We will be comparing numbers and deciding which is greater or lesser.
Nursery
Rhyme: “Eensy Weensy Spider.”
SRA READING: We will be introducing the
beginning and ending sounds of Jj and Ff. We will also learn the next High
Frequency Word_____she.
